Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Caught Your Eye, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’ve made our return process easy.

Returns Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Items marked Final Sale or Custom Orders are non-returnable.

How to Return an Item

1. Request a Return: Contact our support team at admin@caughtyoureye.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Return Instructions: We’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and return instructions.
3. Ship Your Item: Securely package your item and send it back to us.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges

• If you need a different size or colour, we offer free exchanges within 30 days. Simply follow the return process and place a new order for the correct item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
• If using our prepaid return label, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
